Healthy Banana Milkshake with Quail eggs

We all know by now that quail eggs are best to consume raw if we want to make the most benefits out of them. Here we have an excellent way of taking raw quail eggs without even noticing their presence.

As most of us love bananas it shouldn’t be a problem to have the necessary ingredients available in our kitchen. To make this delicious banana & quail egg milkshake choose bananas that are ripen a bit when they’re nice and sweet so you won’t have to add any extra sugar.


  • 1 banana – cut into chunks
  • 5 quail eggs
  • 200ml whole milk (about one cup)
  • 1-2 drops of vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (only if you must)


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you haven’t got a tradicional blender you can use a hand blender, just as good.

Drink immediately.
